5% ABV | 12 IBU's Celebrating our milestone 1000th brew, this Hazy Pale Ale is smooth and lush. Bursting with the perfect harmony of Cashmere, El Dorado, and Nelson Sauvin hops, it is a symphony of peach, melon and citrus.

4.2% ABV | 15 IBU’s A hoppy beer with fresh hop character led by tropical fruits, pineapple and passionfruit and balanced by mellow malt flavours. Super refreshing and easy to drink, perfect as a thirst quencher on a hot day.

6% ABV Showcasing 100% sustainable malt and hops including fresh Beedleup hop cones. Bursting with mango, citrus, pine, and honeycomb, it’s crisp, resinous, and finishes with a lingering, refreshing bitterness.

7%ABV  Crafted in collaboration with Broken Bay Pearl Farm, this oyster stout is brewed with 1000 freshly shucked oysters. Rich, roasty depths are balanced by a subtle briney minerality and a whisper of smoke.

4.4% ABV | 24 IBU's Robust flavours with a dry finish making it refreshing and at 4.4% also easy drinking.  Hops and roasty bitterness is balanced by a malty sweetness. 

4.8% ABV | 30 IBU’s A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales. With aromas of passionfruit, mango and citrus fruits from the hops, flavour leans somewhat towards the hops over the malts and end in a smooth refreshing dry finish.

3.5 % ABV | 16 IBU’s Our anywhere, anytime lager perfect for at the beach, at a festival, on a road trip. A full flavoured brew with a lower ABV without sacrificing substance.  

6.0% ABV | 51 IBU’s Hops dominate the aroma with a resiny, citrus smell which comes from numerous late hop additions, Caramel and chocolate malts that give a velvety red colour, balance the heavy hopping of the beer giving it a balanced sweetness to bitterness ratio.

  6% ABV | 30 IBU’s A smashable IPA amplified with Strata Hops that should be a staple in any fridge. Like a classic rock song it never gets old, citrusy and dank with the bitterness kept in check, this one can be played on repeat.

11.7% ABV |  40 IBU's This is the barrel-aged evolution of our late 2024 Barley Wine release, a beer that’s been taken deeper, darker and even more decadent. Aged six months in sherry and muscat barrels, it unveils opulent notes of plum, cherry, raisins, and dates, underpinned by vanilla, oak, and a warm brandy allure. 

5.4% ABV  |  4 IBU's Blushing pink with a light sparkle, this barrel-aged berry sour bursts with vibrant cherry, blueberry, and raspberry, wrapped in delicate oak. Light-bodied yet layered with complexity, it’s a tart, elegant pour with a crisp, refreshing finish.
