Entry Restrictions

Entry to the Competition is open to: all residents of Australia

Entrants and guests must be: 18 years or over at the date of entry and must have photo ID

Six String Brewing Co reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Entrants must be able to travel to the event on the date of the festival

Competition Period

 

Commences: Wednesday 2^nd March 2022
Ends: Wednesday 8^th March 2022 5pm AEDT Entries must be received by Six String Brewing Co prior to the competition close date and time

 

Six String Brewing Co accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

Conditions of Entry

 

Eligibility to enter the Competition is subject to the Entry Restrictions. An entrant of the Competition must be an individual and not a company or organisation.

Entrants may enter the competition by commenting on the Facebook post, posted by Six String Brewing Co. Comments on shared posts will not be eligible.  

 

Entrants will receive 1 entry for each comment on the post. Each entry must individually meet the requirements and are subject to the Entry Restrictions.

 

Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.

Six String Brewing Co reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

 

Draw and Notification of Winner

 

The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that is drawn by random computer selection at 5pm on March 8th at Six String Brewing Co 4/5 Chiltern Road Erina NSW 2250

 

Six String Brewing Co’s decision is final and Six String Brewing Co will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions made in connection with the Promotion.

 

The winner will be notified by Facebook Messenger once draw.

 

The prize will be awarded to the person who commented on the Post according to entry instructions not those tagged.

Prize on Offer

The one (1) major prize winner will win:

Prize: 2 General Admission Tickets to Scene & Heard Festival on Saturday March 13^th

And a Six String festival survival kit at the gate which includes merchandise and drink tickets.

Festival runs from 1pm at Wickham Park, Wickham Newcastle.

             

 

The winner and travelling companion are responsible for their own transport arrangements from their residence to Wickham Park and home and/or the cost of any accommodation.

 

The prize cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

 

Passes are only valid for the date and area specified, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the festival and venue.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger on Wednesday 8^th March 2022 between 5.00pm-8.00pm AEDT. If the winner does not respond, subsequent attempts and alternative contact will be made. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period (48 hours), the prize will be forfeited by the winner and Six String Brewing Co will draw an alternative winner.

Additional Terms and Conditions

By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any instructions relating to the Competition on Six String Brewing Co’s social media platforms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Prize

 

The Prize will be awarded as specified above.

 

This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

 

Six String Brewing Co will not be responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the Prize. The Prize winner is responsible for all costs associated with using the Prize including (if applicable) travel, expenses with respect to food and beverages and other spending.

No component of the Prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.

 

If for any reason, out of our control, the event does not go ahead as planned, including due to the cancellation of the festival, alternative dates may be offered or in the case of cancellation no cash refund will be given. Six String Brewing Co is not responsible for any changes in times or dates, or cancellations or rescheduling of events that may prevent the Prize winner from redeeming the Prize or any part of it.

 

Six String Brewing Co may in its discretion refuse to award the Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

Use of drink tickets are to be used responsibly. Scene & Heard practice responsible service of alcohol and may refuse to accept these.

General

The promoter and/or promotion are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media used throughout the contest.

Any attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the Competition including tampering with entries or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Six String Brewing Co will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition.

 

If there is any event that prevents or hinders Six String Brewing Co’s conduct of the Competition or Six String Brewing Co’s ability to deliver the Prize to the Prize winner(s), Six String Brewing Co may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions.

 

By entering the competition you are agreeing that:

 

You will adhere to all conditions of entry

Your entry does not breach any law.

You agree to indemnify Six String Brewing Co against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the warranties above and acknowledge that Six String Brewing Co may, in its absolute discretion, not award the Prize to you for breach of the above.

 

Six String Brewing Co is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any failure of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of the Competition. Six String Brewing Co assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.  

 

To the full extent permitted by the law, Six String Brewing Co will not be liable for any delay, death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any Prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any Prize or damage to any Prize in transit and the Prize winner’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions (if any) specified by any third party.

Six String Brewing Co may use your personal details provided for the purpose of conducting the Competition. Prize winners’ names may be published. Six String Brewing Co may also use your name, image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
