Our Response to Covid-19

Six String Brewing Co is committed to maintaining the health and safety of all Crew, Customer and Suppliers. During this time, I’m sure you’ll agree, this is even more important. To show our commitment we have followed NSW Govt guidelines. By educating all stakeholders on our plan we hope to continue to offer a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Six String Crew 
An updated COVID Safe Plan has now been registered with NSW.gov.au
All our crew have completed the online COVID Safe training and have been updated on our specific COVID Safe plan. They are aware of the benefits of having the COVID Safe App and are aware of COVID 19 Symptoms. If unwell they know that they should not come to work and seek advice from their GP regarding testing and isolating.
Six String Customers
We are limited to a total of 36 customers at any one time. To regulate this an online booking system is used for bookings and walk in’s. All Customers are required to register at entry of our Tasting Room/Restaurant. A QR code is used for this purpose. Hand sanitiser must be used on entry/exit. Tables and stools are wiped down with a 70% ethanol solution prior to new customers being seated. All other surfaces are regularly cleaned. Table service is provided and alcohol must only be consumed while seated. Soap and Hand sanitiser is available in bathrooms and all patrons are encouraged use. During busier times a COVID Safe monitor Crew member will make sure all COVID Safe measures are being upheld.
Six String Suppliers
Suppliers asked to deliver only during times the Restaurant/Tasting room is closed to limit the number of people on site and normal entry regulations also apply.
Posters reminding everyone of the importance of social distancing & personal hygiene practices are displayed on entry and around the venue.
