Aged in cognac oak barrels for 3 months. Alongside the malt driven IPA, the barrels impart layers of peach, jammy apricot and smokey charred oak as well as toffee & burnt sugar which is smoothed over by a gentle boozy warmth.

Never had a bad brew from Six String and this was outstanding. Such a great beer. Just a shame I only had one.
