Venue Loyalty Membership – Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Program Overview
The Venue Loyalty Membership Program (Coastie Club) is operated by Six String Brewery. The Program allows registered members to earn and redeem loyalty points when making eligible in-venue purchases.

2.⁠ ⁠Membership Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2 The Venue reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any membership at its sole discretion.
2.3 Membership is free unless otherwise stated.

3.⁠ ⁠Earning Points
3.1 Members will earn one (1) loyalty point for every one dollar ($1) spent on eligible in-venue purchases.
3.2 Points are calculated on the final transaction amount after discounts and promotions are applied.
3.3 Points may only be earned on purchases made directly within the Venue.
3.4 The Venue reserves the right to exclude certain products, services, or promotions from earning points.
3.5 Points will be credited to the member’s account after the transaction is completed.

4.⁠ ⁠Redeeming Points
4.1 Points may be redeemed for credit towards purchases at the Venue.
4.2 Fifteen (15) points are equivalent to one dollar ($1) in redemption value.
4.3 Points must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.4 The Venue may set minimum redemption amounts or limit redemption on certain products or promotions.
4.5 Points cannot be redeemed as part of a split tender transaction; you cannot purchase an item worth more than the value of points they have

5.⁠ ⁠Points Expiry
5.1 Points may expire if a member account remains inactive for a period determined by the Venue.
5.2 The Venue reserves the right to modify or introduce expiry periods with reasonable notice.
5.3 Points accrued will remain valid for a period of 12 months, starting from the date the points were accrued, after which these points will lost.

6.⁠ ⁠Non-Transferability
6.1 Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
6.2 Points cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another account.

7.⁠ ⁠Account Responsibility
7.1 Members are responsible for ensuring their account details are accurate and up to date.
7.2 The Venue is not responsible for points lost due to incorrect member information or unauthorized account use.

8.⁠ ⁠Fraud and Misuse
8.1 Any suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Program may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

9.⁠ ⁠Program Changes
9.1 The Venue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including point earning or redemption rates, at any time.
9.2 Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

10.⁠ ⁠Privacy
10.1 Personal information collected for membership will be handled in accordance with the Venue’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

11.⁠ ⁠General
11.1 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 The Venue’s decision regarding the Program and any disputes will be final.
